Carl Norquist and Lori Walsh

The Lakota people are telling their own stories and preserving knowledge for future generations in a ground-breaking new project.

The "Heart Of All Oral History Project" is a seven-part audio series exploring some of the most important stories and events of the Lakota people. The project, created by students at Little Wound School with support from the National Endowment for the Humanities, documents the memories and stories of elders on a large scale.
